By purchasing any of our products you accept the responsibility for any risk you may be taking riding a hydrofoil. You understand that using a hydrofoil can be dangerous and you should be cautious when riding hydrofoils. Repeated stress can cause parts to break and this is considered normal wear and tear and not the fault of the manufacturer for any injury that may occur from parts breaking.
